This is my local farmer's market in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. It runs every Saturday, though I usually go to the Union Square Greenmarket because its about four times the size of this one. But every so often I make my way over for a visit when I am feeling too lazy to go into the city. It's a beautiful little market nestled under fantastic old trees.
Looks great!!
ReplyDeleteLove seeing the new season produce at the markets! We are really feeling spring here in Sydney and I can't wait to start experimenting with the new produce! x
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos - I need to make the most of our market while it's still here, I haven't made it in weeks!
ReplyDeleteLovely photos! have a great weekend :)
ReplyDeleteugh, believe me you would NOT have wanted to try to get into the city today. My L train ride was horrendous!
ReplyDeleteI love photos of produce! The colors are wonderful. But also the liveliness of the market comes through, making the photos even more interesting. Thanks for sharing.
